Whiteboard Pen Assembly Machine With Marking

The whiteboard pen one-out-of-two assembly machine (with marking) is a dual-station automated device specially designed for whiteboard pens. It integrates the assembly of pen barrel, pen tip, ink sac, pen cap and pen body marking functions. It is compatible with all series specifications of erasable and writable whiteboard pens and meets the batch production needs of stationery factories. ​ The equipment adopts a linear double-track transmission structure. Two workstations synchronously complete the feeding and pressing processes. The inner hole of the pen barrel is positioned by pneumatic ejector pins to ensure that the connection accuracy between the pen tip and the ink sac is ±0.05mm, avoiding ink leakage or uneven ink output. After assembly, start the laser marking module immediately. It can complete 0.1mm fine line marking on the surface of the pen barrel.
