Precision Ballpoint Pen Assembly Machine Single Unit

The ballpoint pen assembly machine (one out of two) is a dual-station automated device designed for the overall assembly of ballpoint pens. It can simultaneously complete the precise fit of multiple components such as the pen barrel, pen core, pen cap, and spring. It is widely used in stationery production lines and is compatible with various types of ballpoint pens, including press-type and rotary types. The equipment adopts a dual-track parallel assembly structure. Two independent workstations synchronously perform the feeding, alignment and pressing processes. Through the cooperation of multi-axis mechanical arms and CAM indexing mechanisms, the concentricity of the pen barrel and pen core is controlled within ±0.05mm, and the error of the pen cap clamping tightness is ≤0.1N, avoiding excessive looseness and detachment or excessive tightness and difficulty in removal during assembly.
