GP06N-3 is a kind of Tungsten carbide thermal spray powder, with the composition of 73% Tungsten carbide+ 21% Chromium Carbide and 6% Nickel, the particle size is 20-53um. The powder shape is spherical due to the manufacturing process of agglomerated and sintered. It is one of HVOF powder which could be applied with both HVOF/HVAF with excellent oxidation resistance better than WC-Co coating, so it is often used for coating gate valves.   The thermal spray coating formed by it also possesses great corrosion and erosion resistance, so as to be applied among marine industry and to serve under the salty and damp environment such as seawater.
