GZ100-140Q (100-140mesh)  is a kind of thermal spray powder, more specifically is a kind of spherical cast tungsten carbide powder, manufactured from tungsten carbides containing both WC and W2C, by high temperature spheroidizing process. The morphology shows dark grey spherical shape, the main performance is abrasion resistance. The apparent density is 9.0-11.0g/cm3.   It possesses high melting point above 2000°C, high hardness about HV0.3 3000, its tungsten carbide coating offers stable chemical performance, good flowability and excellent wear resistance.
