WC-12Co Low Carbon 15-45um Powder for Thermal Spray

WC-12Co, low carbon 15-45um thermal spray powder is a kind of tungsten carbide powder, and is XTC a cost effective solution for Sink Gavlanized Line, for High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) spray to do thermal spray coating. XTC set strictly carbon content control at 3.6-4.1% rate; Compare with the same application materials, the powder with lower cost but durable performance. The HVOF tungsten carbide coating generally applies to continuous hot gavlanized production line. The GP12LD2 with good cost effciency, the results of thermal shock resistance and service time shows very fine. 15-45um size shows good deposition efficiency of the tungsten carbide coating.
