TP LSZH Flame Retardant Polyolefin Jacket Compounds are eco-friendly thermoplastic compounds and optical cable compounds, LSZH flame retardant polyolefin tight jacket materials suitable for small, medium and large sized bundled optical cables, complying with different CPR fire resistance classes. Featuring low smoke, low corrosion and low toxicity, they support color customization or blending with polyolefin color masterbatches, and offer good mechanical strength, low thermal deformation, low shrinkage, high temperature resistance and stable electrical performance. The limiting oxygen index ranges from 32% to 38% across grades, all models have -40℃ brittle temperature, reliable aging resistance and consistent smoke density, pH value, conductivity and toxicity index. Processable with tube and pressure extrusion dies, the recommended screw has a length-to-diameter ratio of 18~25 and compression ratio below 3:1, with maximum processing temperature under 185℃.
