Thermoplastic LSZH High FR Polyolefin Jacket Compounds, professional Thermoplastic Compounds and Optical Cable Compounds, are eco-friendly, low-corrosive and low-toxic halogen-free polyolefin materials with excellent high flame retardancy. They are developed for tight buffer and tight jacket of indoor tight-buffered small optical cables and single-core optical fibers. Finished cables using this material pass vertical single cable flame test and comply with OFNR and EU CPR-Cca fire ratings. The products can be colored directly or mixed with polyolefin color masterbatches, and deliver stable physical and mechanical properties. Applicable to tube-type and pressure-type extrusion dies, it is recommended to use screws with L/D ratio 18~25 and compression ratio below 3:1, with max processing temperature ≤185℃.
