Thermoplastic LSOH FR Polyolefin Jacket Compounds are halogen-free jacketing materials with low smoke, low corrosivity and low toxicity, designed for 2.5 mm² and above cables demanding thermal shock resistance, Category B bundle flame retardancy and single vertical flame retardancy. The free-flow cylindrical pellets support custom colors or blending with polyolefin color masterbatches, featuring stable mechanical performance, high flame retardancy and good extrudability via tube or compact extrusion dies. Screws with an L/D ratio of 18~25 and compression ratio below 3:1 are advised; processing temperatures: feeding zone 140–150℃, compression zone 150–160℃, metering zone 160–165℃, die head 160℃. These non-hazardous pellets come in 25kg paper-plastic composite bags, 500kg per pallet, and need storage in clean, cool, dry, ventilated spaces free of damp and sunlight.
