Stainless steel split pin

Stainless steel cotter pin is a kind of stainless steel hardware, commonly known as stainless steel spring pin. The role of cotter pin is to prevent loosening of thread connection. Insert the cotter pin into the nut slot and the bolt tail hole, and open the cotter pin tail to prevent the relative rotation of the nut and the bolt. The materials produced are generally Q235, copper alloy, SUS201 stainless steel, SUS304 stainless steel. The material toughness requirements of stainless steel cotter pins are relatively high. Each leg of the stainless steel cotter pin should be able to withstand repeated bending without breaking or cracking the bent part. Bending method: Pull the stainless steel cotter pin apart and clamp any straight leg part in the inspection mold (no flattening should occur): then bend the stainless steel cotter pin 90°, and one round trip is one bending.
