Precision BMO-5024NH Nitrogen System for Laser Cutting

BMO-5024NH is a membrane nitrogen generation equipment specially designed for laser cutting of 40,000 watts and below. The entire machine has a power of 40KW and a gas production capacity of 130Nm³/h, making it suitable for single-machine operation of medium and small power lasers. Its core membrane separation technology ensures that the nitrogen purity is adjustable from 85% to 99%, with an outlet dew point of -40℃. The cleanliness (oil content ≤0.1mg/m³) can effectively protect the laser cutting head and prevent contamination and loss.   In the 20,000-watt carbon steel cutting scenario, 6-16mm plates can be cut without burrs, and the cutting speed of 12mm plates reaches 9m/min, with an efficiency four times that of liquid oxygen.
