BMO-5024NW is an oil-free and water-based lubricated nitrogen generator specially designed for high cleanliness requirements. It is suitable for small and medium power laser equipment. With a power of 40KW, it can produce 130Nm³/h of gas. The purity can be adjusted from 85% to 99%. The working pressure reaches 2.0MPa. The core advantage is its "complete absence of oil and dust" cleanliness, which fundamentally avoids air source contamination of the laser cutting head or the workpiece.  In 40,000-watt laser cutting, 10-18mm carbon steel has no burrs, and 18-35mm only has slight burrs.
