Product Description J-Tron chemical dosing mini gear pump is the durable customized gear pump for various applications specially for the inkjet printing area. This corrosion resistance miniature gear pump is 3.5L/min at 5500rpm for the flow rate and 8bar for the maxium differential pressure. The pump body is stainless steel 316L with titanium nitride coating and the gears are tungsten carbide. Shafts are ceramic. Thus, J-Tron CIJ pump exhibits high corrosive resistance and abrasive resistance. This wear-resisting micro gear pump can transfer aggressive fluids that fluid contains particulate matters. Matched with J-Tron self-developed brushless motor with 0~5V drive control which is 70W.  Advantage J-Tron inkjet printer gear pump has very long service life.
