Product Description J-Tron designed and developed high performance corrosion resistant gear pumps. This chemical dosing mini gear pump is used for aggressive applications and the fluids contain with particulate matters. Our long life mini gear pump is matched with 70W brushless motor, which is self-developed. This brushless motor is 24V DC with 0~5V drive control. The pump is titanium nitride coated stainless steel 316L for the pump body, ceramic for the shafts and modified PEEK for the key part gears. Magnet is rare earth. The flow rate is 6/min and the maxium pressure is 7bar. The revolution range is between 500rpm to 5500rpm and the viscosity range for this industrial micro gear pump is between 0.5pcs to 1500cps.
