Health Benefits Salted Mekabu Seaweed
Wakame is a species of sea vegetable, commonly referred to as seaweed, extensively used in Japanese and other Asian cuisines, especially in soups, salads, and snacks, but also as a seasoning.
Add the Mekabu noodle to fermented soybeans and a bowl of Japanese rice. Or just eat it as a salad with cucumbers and a sesame dressing. Simply delicious! If you'd like to try the other part of the plant, Wakame is also commonly used in Japanese cuisine.
Seaweed is naturally hydrating to the scalp (which is especially good for seasonally dry scalp) and gives shine to strands, while its fatty and amino acids help keep hair strong.
