Custom forged gears of various grades

Product Description We manufacture custom forged gears in carbon, alloy, stainless, duplex, titanium and nickel-based grades (20CrMnTi, 18CrNiMo7-6, 42CrMo, 17-4 PH, Ti-6Al-4V, Inconel 718). Closed-die or open-die forging produces blanks Ø 80–2 000 mm, modules 2–50, weight ≤ 15 t. Near-net tooth, hub and web are formed in one heat, leaving only 1–3 mm machining stock per flank.     Performance Quench-temper or carburise achieves 58–62 HRC tooth surface, 700–1 000 MPa core UTS, ≥ 35 J –40 °C impact, meeting AGMA 6011, ISO 6336, API 677. 100 % UT EN 10228-3 and MT ASTM E709 guarantee crack-free, inclusion-free structure.   Features Continuous grain flow along tooth profile doubles bending fatigue life versus cut bar; integral keyway, spline and shrink-fit hub eliminate welds. Custom grade selection balances strength, wear and corrosion resistance; optional nitriding or PVD coating extends service life.
