Advanced Ore Pulp Conditioner for Ore Flotation Process

Ore Pulp Conditioner is special pre-processing supporting equipment for flotation machine under coal washing equipment and mineral processing equipment, focusing on sufficient mixing of ore pulp, flotation reagent and air before flotation separation, activating mineral surface to improve flotation selectivity and recovery rate. It adopts forced stirring structure to eliminate dead zone of pulp mixing, realize even distribution of collecting agent, foaming agent and regulator in slime, lay a good foundation for efficient sorting of follow-up flotation machine. In the full beneficiation process, raw ore is crushed by crusher, classified by vibrating screen, coarse ore separated by jig machine, fine slime enters the ore pulp conditioner first instead of directly entering the flotation machine.
