Laboratory Scale Mini Ball Mill

Ball Mill is core grinding host of coal washing equipment and mineral processing equipment, breaking coarse crushed ore into fine granular ore pulp through steel ball impact and abrasive grinding, providing qualified fine grinding materials for spiral classification, jig machine coarse slime separation and flotation machine flotation operation. It has two types: wet overflow type and dry grid type, adapting to different grinding technological requirements of coal preparation and metal mineral processing. In the whole mineral processing technological circuit, large raw ore is coarsely crushed and finely crushed by multi-stage crushers, the crushed ore is fed into ball mill for fine grinding. Ground pulp enters spiral classifier for closed-circuit grading, qualified fine pulp passes through vibrating screen desliming, then split into jig machine for coarse-grained gravity separation and flotation machine for valuable mineral flotation recovery.
