Product Introduction 321 Stainless Steel Round Pipe/Tube (UNS S32100 / DIN 1.4541) is a titanium-stabilized austenitic alloy that adds ≥ 5 × (C + N) titanium to the classic 18-8 base. The titanium tie-up prevents chromium-carbide precipitation during welding or service between 427 °C and 816 °C, giving the pipe long-term immunity to intergranular corrosion without post-weld anneal. We manufacture seamless and welded tubes from 6 mm to 914 mm O.D. and 0.5 mm to 25 mm wall in mill lengths up to 12 m, with finishes 2B, BA, 180-600 grit polish, mirror 8K or electropolished (Ra ≤ 0.38 µm) for ultra-clean duties.
