XY500 Hydraulic Clamping Auto Pressure Holding Chamber Filter Press  The XY500 is a hydraulic clamping auto pressure holding chamber filter press. It is one type of plate and frame filter press but built as a small manual or semi auto unit. This machine uses an independent hydraulic cylinder plus a hydraulic power station for automatic clamping and loosening. The core working principle is positive pressure difference filtration. The hydraulic system clamps the 500 by 500 millimeter chamber plates with 50 millimeters thickness to form sealed chambers. The feed pump pressurizes up to 0.6 MPa to push slurry into the chambers. Liquid passes through the filter cloth and exits while solids are trapped as filter cake. After the cycle finishes, the cake discharges and the next cycle starts.
