XDH‑2 Coke‑Oven Gas Hydrogenation Conversion Catalyst
As foreign trade director of Shandong Xunda Catalyst, I have communicated with many engineers from coking and chemical enterprises. Coke‑oven gas contains complex organic sulfur, CO and olefin components, which puts high demands on catalyst anti‑carbon‑deposition performance and hydrogenation activity. Our XDH‑2 coke‑oven gas hydrogenation conversion catalyst is a new‑type organic‑sulfur hydro‑conversion catalyst produced by special manufacturing process. Its activity is about twice that of similar conventional products. It is specially developed for coke‑oven gas with CO content below 10% and olefin content around 5% to realize hydrogenation conversion and removal of organic sulfur. For coke‑oven gas with organic sulfur of 100‑250 mg/Nm³, the total organic‑sulfur conversion rate can reach over 95%.
