Dynamic weighing technology
Using a screw propeller (single/double screw) or a linear combination scale, combined with a weighing sensor, the accuracy can reach ±0.5%-1% (such as milk powder packaging error ±0.3g).
For ultra-fine powders (such as flour, cocoa powder), an integrated vacuum dust collection system is used, and the dust rate is <0.1%.
Anti-stick design
The inner wall of the screw and hopper is coated with Teflo or mirror polished to reduce powder residue (sticky powder residue <0.1g/batch).
