Sintered Metal Fiber Felt for Deep Filtration

Sintered felt is made of extremely fine metal fibers
(with diameters accurate to microns), which are laid and laminated and
sintered at high temperature. It is formed to the pore gradient by
different pore size layers, which can be controlled to obtain extremely
high filtration accuracy and greater pollution carrying capacity.
Stainless Steel Type 316L is the most used material while FeCrAl, nickel, Hastalloy, Inconel are also avaiable. Wire Mesh is sintered as a support when needed.
Filter rating: 3μm-200μm.
