Selected from ecologically grown small yellow ginger in the alpine areas of Luoping, Yunnan. We pick plump and fully mature old ginger of the season. The ginger is manually cleaned and trimmed carefully, then cut into even thin slices. It is crafted through low-temperature slow stir-frying and constant-temperature drying & curing technology.
No sulfur fumigation, no artificial flavors, no pigments, no sucrose, and no preservatives are added throughout the process. Maintaining the original taste of natural ginger, it perfectly retains the natural nutrients and rich roasted aroma of small yellow ginger. After low-temperature curing and stir-frying, the harsh spiciness of raw ginger is removed. It is mild and balanced in nature, with soft and mellow ginger fragrance, not irritating to the throat. The slices keep their shape well after long soaking with pure original flavor.
