Primary Conveyor Belt Cleaner can remove most of the materials attached to the surface of the conveyor belt, leaving only a very thin layer of sticky powder. The pressure between the scraper and the conveyor belt is kept in a reasonable range, so that the cleaner can scrape off the sticky materials on the surface of the conveyor belt at a stable preset inclination angle. If excessive pressure is applied at this inclination angle, it will easily cause structural damage to the belt conveyor  body, the conveyor belt buckle and the cleaner itself.   The main cleaner is generally installed on the outer surface of the head drum, and needs to be located below the material conveying flow direction.
