Pipe anticorrosion tape The polypropylene fiber woven bitumen tape is a cold applied tape used for the anti corrosion of oil ,gas and water underground or overhead steel pipeline and waterproof for the roof, tank , culverts. It is also called polypropylene fiber woven asphalt tape. It consists of a geotextile polypropylene backing and rubberized bitumen. The XUNDA liquid adhesive can be used as primer for this tape. The liquid adhesive represent an anti-corrosion layer and provide a uniformly smooth contact surface to promote high adhesion of the fiber woven bitumen tape to the pipe .  Product  Composition The composition of the pipe wrap tape - polypropylene asphalt tape consists of three layers, asphalt butyl adhesive layer and film backing, interleaving.
