Conductive Masterbatch for Antistatic and EMI Shielding Applications Our Conductive Masterbatch is a functional concentrate made by dispersing conductive fillers such as carbon black carbon nanotubes or graphene into a carrier resin base including PE PP ABS PA and other polymers. It is produced through melt mixing and pelletizing. This product is designed to give plastic products antistatic conductive or electromagnetic interference shielding properties. The conductive fillers form a network inside the polymer matrix that allows electrical charges to flow through the material instead of building up on the surface. This prevents static discharge dust attraction and sparking. The carrier resin matches the target polymer to ensure good compatibility and even filler distribution. Our Conductive Masterbatch can be used in injection molding extrusion and blow molding processes.
