Paper Covered Flat Magnet Wire

Paper covered magnet wire refers to a magnet wire made by winding two or more layers of insulating paper outside the bare conductor, which is suitable for the winding of power transformers, reactors and traction transformers. After insulation winding, no conductor can be exposed at any position, which can be realized by covering, gap and self-locking.   Paper Covered Winding Wire is mostly used in oil-immersed transformers, reactors, generators and other electrical equipment. The temperature resistance of insulating paper after impregnation is 105℃, and when NOMEX material is used, the temperature resistance can reach 200℃, which is suitable for the production of dry-type transformers. Power cable paper, high-density insulating paper, heat-resistant insulating paper, high-elongation fiber paper, aromatic polyamide paper (Nomex) can also be selected according to user's needs.
