PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Nylon PA66 reinforced with 50% glass fiber granules, a high-strength engineering thermoplastic.
Exceptional Strength & Stiffness: Glass fibers provide outstanding tensile strength, flexural strength, and modulus, making it significantly harder and stronger than unreinforced PA66.
Excellent Dimensional Stability: Low coefficient of thermal expansion and reduced moisture absorption minimize dimensional changes, suitable for precision parts.
Outstanding Heat Resistance: Heat deflection temperature (HDT @ 1.82 MPa) is dramatically increased, typically exceeding 250°C, allowing it to maintain shape and performance at much higher temperatures.
Good Creep Resistance: High resistance to deformation under continuous load.
Wear & Fatigue Resistance: Good abrasion resistance and superior fatigue resistance compared to many unreinforced plastics.
Electrical Insulation: Maintains good electrical insulating properties.
Automotive Industry: Engine covers, intake manifol…
