Multifunctional Car Cabin Filter Media Scrim Support Fabric

Multifunctional Scrim Support Fabric is a nonwoven fabric produced by Huamaotek, designed for application in automotive cabin filter media composites. This nonwoven fabric provides excellent stiffness during the pleating process and is widely used as one of the key layers in composite filter media. This scrim support fabric is manufactured using dry-laid thermal-bonded technology, delivering very good air permeability (>3500 L/m²/s) under low air pressure (<1.5 Pa). Its cross-lapping structure and rough surface offer better dust holding capacity compared to straight-lapped scrim support fabrics available on the market.     Huamaotek’s dry-laid PET nonwoven scrim support fabric integrates effectively with antiviral (e.g., H1N1) and antimicrobial (e.g., Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae) functions.
