Lithium Carbonate Hardening Accelerating Admixture   LC199 is high purity fine particles of lithium carbonate, which is the lithium salt of carbonate with the formula Li2CO3. This white salt is water soluble, widely used in the many industrial fields, such as ovenware, ceramic, glass, ferrite etc.   Cement which contains aluminate sets more rapidly when prepared with lithium carbonate, so it is useful as accelerator for fast setting tile adhesives, tile grout, self-leveling compound and other fast-setting cement based applications etc. Lithium carbonate is recommended for use in cementitious systems based on calcium aluminate cements.
