Bottom‑Up Filling for Dust ControlLCS50CD Bottom Fill Packer fills open mouth bags from the bottom up, allowing air and dust to escape through the top, which significantly reduces dust emissions and improves fill density. A fill spout enters the bag from the bottom while the bag is clamped at the top. Material is fed from below, pushing the bag upward as it fills, minimizing aeration and dust generation. It handles bag sizes from 10 kg to 50 kg at speeds up to 600 bags per hour with a weighing accuracy of ±0.2%. Integration with Packing LinesThis packer can be fed from a Powder Packing Machine or directly from a silo. For valve bag applications, a Valve Bag Packing Machine can be placed upstream, but this unit excels with open mouth bags. When bulk bags are required, a Bulk Bag Packing Machine can be installed in parallel.
