Industrial ceramic wear-resistant elbow tee

Product Introduction SINHO flanged T-type ceramic lined tee is a pipe fitting for flow splitting and combining. It comes with three integrated flanges. The outer pressure-bearing steel pipe adopts black anti-corrosion paint, lined with high purity 92%/95% white alumina ceramic. The intersection area of T tee suffers severe particle impact and erosion, so we adopt reinforced thicker ceramic lining on this zone. Two manufacturing technologies: interlocking ceramic tile pasting and SHS centrifugal synthesis. Three flanged ends enable bolt connection without on-site welding, easy installation and maintenance. The flange standard can be unified with ceramic straight pipe, elbow and reducer for full pipeline system.
