Wear resistant blow bars with long service life non stop secondary crushing on large lines Impact Crusher Equipment Overview The DLHCS high-efficiency impact crusher is a heavy-duty secondary crushing equipment specifically designed for large-scale aggregate production lines, with a capacity of 400–600 t/h and a feed size ≤250mm (heavy-duty configuration ≤300mm). It is suitable for crushing materials with hardness ≤320 MPa, such as limestone, granite, and basalt. The equipment is powered by a 630kW motor and features a rotor of 1500×2300mm. With a high rotor speed of 1000 r/min, it achieves high crushing efficiency. The KMTBCr26 alloy blow bars have a 25% longer service life. Hydraulic cavity opening and discharge adjustment provide convenient maintenance. An automatic lubrication system eliminates manual greasing.
