The Double Baker is a professional bonding device designed to laminate single-ply corrugated paper with kraft or coated paper. After glue application, the paper stack goes through hot plate forming paired with shoe press, then finalizes into rigid corrugated board via a rapid cooling process.   It’s available in custom widths from 1800mm to 3100mm (with 3300mm as an extended option), and supports adjustable operating speeds of 200–450m/min to fit high-throughput production demands.   Built with a heavy-duty frame, it features a high-efficiency heating system paired with a fast cooling module; its high-performance heat-conducting hot plates are certified by GB pressure vessel standards, and undergo post-welding stress relief treatment to ensure heating uniformity within 0.5mm tolerance—their surfaces are further refined via grinding and chrome-plating for durability.
