Heavy-Duty Robust Accumulator Feeder

Accumulator Feeder​     The Accumulator Feeder​ usually serves as the front-end supporting equipment for the accumulator (Accumulator), mainly responsible for smoothly and accurately feeding the uncoiled strip into the accumulator body. It consists of pinch rollers, a guiding device, and a drive system, ensuring the strip enters the storage area at a set speed and tension to avoid piling or pulling.   The equipment is often interlocked with the accumulator control; the feeding speed automatically adjusts (e.g., fast fill, sync, stop) based on the storage level in the Accumulator. Threading is simple, with guide rollers offering pneumatic or hydraulic opening adjustments to fit various strip widths. It is a key auxiliary device ensuring the normal cyclic feeding of the Accumulator and the continuous operation of the production line.
