The LK90S Heavy Duty Length Sensor is a rugged measuring wheel device engineered for continuous length tracking in harsh industrial settings. It features a large‑diameter wear‑resistant wheel, a high‑sensitivity signal receiver, and an output driver. Rolling contact with the moving material generates electrical pulses that are processed by external Timing Control Devices or dedicated length meters. The LK90S includes automatic direction sensing, allowing it to count both forward and reverse movements without error.
