Our 0.3-2×1500 galvanized steel Coil Slitting Line acts as an all-in-one Coil Cutting Machine, combining functions of Cut To Length Line and Straightening Machine for processing galvanized, cold rolled, stainless and hot rolled steel coils. Equipped with durable Slitting Knife Blade and anti-scratch Longitudinal Shear Rubber Sleeve, this PLC-controlled longitudinal shear line delivers precise, automatic strip slitting and rewinding. Suitable for coils of 0.3–2mm thickness and max 1500mm width, the complete line includes decoiler, pinch feeder, head cutter, Straightening Machine, slitter stand, scrap winder, tension rack and recoiler. The customized Longitudinal Shear Rubber Sleeve protects galvanized strip coating from scratches during high-speed operation, while high-hardness Slitting Knife Blade ensures long service life and smooth cutting edges.
