Lip Gloss Packaging lip gloss tube is made in PE materials and PP cap; it support custom any pantone color you need; it is availabel 8ml, 10ml, 12ml, 15ml, 18ml, 20ml and 25ml; Hongxin Packaging is a OEM/ODM for brand;   There are two filling ways we support: one is unseal tail fill in the cream by filling machine, and other is seal tail fill in the cream by manual:   1. Automatic filling machine process for lip gloss tubes: Prepare well-stirred gloss and disinfected empty tubes, adjust the machine to match specs, set and calibrate filling amounts. Empty tubes are positioned by conveyor; the filling head lowers near the opening, injects preset gloss via piston or negative pressure, then sucks back to prevent dripping. Tubes move to capping for automatic sealing. Speed is controlled to avoid bubbles, with random checks on sealing and accuracy to ensure cleanliness and no leakage   2.
