Electro Galvanized Wire with Spool  Electro galvanized wire is our featured product. It is made by means of wire drawing followed by heat treatment and electro galvanizing.  Electro galvanization is a form of zinc electro plating where a thin layer of zinc is electrically and chemically bonded to steel in order to protect against rust and corrosion.  Electro galvanized wire zinc coated commonly is 8–50 g/m2. This wire is mainly used to make nails and wire ropes, wire mesh and fencing, binding of flowers and wire mesh weaving. Materials: Carbon steel wire, mild steel wire. Wire diameter: BWG6# to BWG24#.                           We also offer thinner wire down to BWG5# or up to BWG28# upon customer's specific order.  Tensile strength: 350–550 N/mm2.
