Durable Flame Retardant ABS Sheet Material

Flame Retardant ABS Sheets   FR ABS sheet is a modified engineering plastic sheet with permanent flame retardant properties, which maintains the excellent mechanical characteristics of conventional ABS while achieving UL94 V-0 fire rating standard through special flame retardant formulation, capable of quick self-extinguishing and effectively inhibiting flame spread and dripping when exposed to fire.   While preserving good impact resistance (notched Izod impact strength ≥15kJ/m²), this product features improved heat deflection temperature in the range of 95-105℃, with continuous service temperature up to 80-90℃, along with excellent dimensional stability (linear expansion coefficient 7-8×10⁻⁵/°C) and surface hardness (HRR 108-112).
