The multi-axial distal medial radius locking plate is an anatomically shaped plate with a fixed Angle support and a combined hole, enables the treatment of volar distal radius fractures.  Characteristics 1.The direction of the locking screw can be adjusted to adapt to the special shape of the fracture line. The multi-axial locking plate allows the locking screw to tilt 15° and the direction of screw placement is flexible. For comminuted intra-articular fractures, monoaxial locking plates need to be placed as close as possible to the watershed for better fixation, but this can lead to flexor tendon wear and increase the risk of carpal tunnel syndrome. The multi-axial plate can be placed at the proximal side of the watershed, and the fracture fragment can be fixed and stabilized by changing the locking direction of the screws.
