LXSWC‑A series cross universal joint is a heavy‑duty Cardan Shaft, belonging to high‑performance Coupling optimized on the basis of SWC type specifications. Its rotating diameter ranges from 100 mm to 1320 mm, offering shaft deflection angles of 5°, 10°, 15°, 25°, and nominal torque spanning 2.5 KN·m to 16000 KN·m. Optimized bearing configuration and advanced manufacturing techniques increase its load‑bearing capacity by over 25 % compared with traditional counterparts of the same specification. Two reliable connection modes are provided: flange connection and end‑face gear connection. Both adopt 10.9‑grade high‑strength bolts and grade‑10 nuts complying with GB3098 standards. Bolts must be inserted from the flange side of mating parts, and nuts shall be pre‑tightened from the opposite side.
