Colorful pre-stained protein marker (10-18 kDa)

  This prestained protein marker contains 10 purified proteins ranging from 10 kDa to 180 kDa, with distinct band colors for easy identification during electrophoresis. The 70 kDa band appears in orange, the 10 kDa band in green, and the remaining eight bands in blue. It is widely used to monitor protein separation in SDS-PAGE, evaluate Western transfer efficiency onto PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose membranes, and estimate protein molecular weight in routine laboratory workflows. In histology laboratories where tissue sections are prepared using Paraffin Microtome, this marker is frequently employed as a quality control tool to verify protein integrity before downstream immunoassay analysis on the same tissue-derived samples.
