Preview          CNC Automatic 3-Color Flying Disc Hot Foil Stamping Machine is a high-performance solution developed for hot foil stamping on plastic flying discs, sports discs, and other polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) products. Designed as a turntable automatic flying disc hot stamping machine, it integrates a precision rotary table, automatic loading and unloading conveyors, robotic handling, three hydraulic hot stamping units, and automatic foil winding to provide a highly efficient and continuous hot stamping process.   During operation, the operator places the plastic flying discs onto the loading conveyor. A robotic arm automatically picks up each disc and accurately positions it onto the fixture of the precision rotary table. As the turntable rotates, the disc is sequentially transferred to the three hot stamping stations.
