  XTC Wear plate are manufactured by welding one or multiple abrasion resistant layers on a medium or low carbon steel base plate. The overlay alloy has a high amout of chromium carbide hard particles.   The overlay and base plate, they have a metallurgical bonding. The overlay will penetrate into the base plate about 0.8-1.8mm, the bonding strength reach up to 350Mpa. We can customize wear parts according to drawings. Wear plate can be cut, bend into curve or cone, welding and drilling, it can be welded and assembled into kinds of wear parts During welding the wear plate, there have high temperature difference, and produce thermal expansion coefficient, so the thermal stress is formed inside, Therefore, a transverse crack with different sizes will be formed during the welding cooling process, which is the result of stress release.
