Advanced Fluorescence Microscope Optical Filter This Narrow Band Pass Filter is designed for research-grade and industrial imaging applications.  The advanced fluorescence filter set incorporates a bandpass excitation filter, a dichroic beamsplitter—reflecting excitation light while transmitting emission light—and an emission filter that may be configured as either longpass or bandpass, thereby maximizing the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) through high transmission efficiency, steep spectral edges, and optical density (OD) of ≥6 for effective blocking performance.  Compared to conventional dyed blue glass filters, hard-coated thin-film optical components provide more precise spectral edge positioning and superior blocking depth.  Standard configurations support excitation wavelengths at 405, 488, 561, and 640 nm and are available in industry-standard formats, including Ø25 mm, Ø25.4 mm (1 inch), Ø12.5 mm, and 25×25 mm, facilitating coaxial integration with focusing lenses in filter cu…
